- When you arrive in the island of Zakynthos island, please contact us to confirm your pick up time and inform us about your hotel and your room number.
- You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund in case of an accident or serious medical problem, as long as you can prove it with papers from a doctor or the police.
- If the tour is cancelled on behalf of Best Of Zante, or because of bad weather conditions, you are entitled to a full refund or you can re-schedule to another date.
- If you are not able to participate in your booked tour, then you may transfer your tickets to a third party person and inform us of the name change.

The price of the transfer depends on the distance between the hotel and the port and is charged only after consultation with the customer. After your reservation you will receive a message informing you of the transfer charge, and the time of departure.
